Spur account and data deletion

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Spur and sign in.
2. Open Review.
3. Select “Delete account and data.”
4. Confirm the deletion.

This deletes your Spur authentication account and active product data from our primary systems. It also turns off future mobile advertising measurement on that installation.

If you cannot access the app

Email simon@shotzapp.app with “Spur data deletion request” in the subject. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

Subscriptions and limited retained records

Deleting a Spur account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it through your Apple account settings. Limited legal-acceptance, security, fraud-prevention, subscription, transaction, or isolated backup records may remain where required or permitted by law.
